Agency: HUGE Brains Behind Tampon Emoji/Hooha: Steph Loffredo ACD/Designer: Kristen Giuliano Animator: Jack Dylan Illustrator/Designer: Stephanie Hatchett Featured on the Huge Inc.'s Instagram. We created the tampon emoji to combat period stigma. We designed an emoji that symbolized feminine products a woman uses on her period. We submitted a proposal to Unicode back in January 2019. It got REJECTED. In July, we tried again and FOUGHT back. Below is the tampon emoji as well as the designs for the agency's Instagram Story.
